1) The hydraulic pump of C type hydraulic press  leaks oil. The finished products of hydraulic parts are not allowed to leak, but due to various reasons, when the oil temperature of the newly manufactured hydraulic pump reaches 50 ℃ in the process of debugging the pump station, it leaks from the journal. From the analysis of the location of the oil leakage, the oil is leaking from the low pressure chamber, that is, a large amount of oil is leaking from the pressure chamber to the low pressure chamber (internal leakage).
