1、 The operator must strictly abide by the four requirements and five disciplines for maintaining and using the equipment. Do not use the equipment under overload.
2、 Before start-up, it must be carefully inspected according to the patrol inspection points and lubricated according to the lubrication chart.
3、 When the equipment is stopped for more than eight hours and then started, it shall be rotated at a low speed for three to five minutes first, and then it can be started after confirming the normal operation.
4、 The tools must be installed correctly in the work, the drill sleeve must conform to the standard, and the cone surface must be clean without sliding marks.
5、 The work must be correctly and firmly installed on the workbench, and the cushion block must be placed on the low surface when drilling through the hole.
6、 When no motorized feed is used in the work, the control nut must be pushed inward.
7、 When unloading the drilling fixture, use standard angle iron and copper hammer to tap gently, and do not use other things to hit randomly.
8、 The machine must be stopped for speed change. After the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave or be entrusted for custody.
9、 During operation, the temperature of each bearing shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the temperature of main shaft bearing and main shaft sleeve shall not exceed 70 ℃ at the highest speed.
10、 The operation of the equipment and the lubrication system must be checked frequently during the work. If the operation and lubrication are poor, the equipment shall be stopped.
11、 Do not wear gloves at work.
12、 Non electricians are not allowed to open the door of the electrical box.
13、 After working, the handle must be placed in the non working position, the workbench shall be lowered to the lowest position, and the power supply shall be cut off
