1. Check whether the four column hydraulic oil pump, control valve and pressure gauge are normal and whether the oil temperature is within the allowable range;

2. Check the mold for cracks and the fastening screws for looseness;

3. Turn on the power switch of the four column hydraulic press of Zaozhuang Make Machinery Co., Ltd. and start the cooling cycle motor;

4. The four column hydraulic press starts the main oil pump motor;

5. Check the oil level of each oil tank level gauge, whether there is oil leakage in each oil circuit and hydraulic pipe fitting, and whether each connecting piece is loose;

6. Check the deflection of the pressure pointer of the pressure gauge. If it swings back and forth or does not move, stop the machine to check the rated pressure of the equipment. Do not exceed the limit during use

7. Check and clean other debris on the worktable or mold of four column hydraulic press
