Bending machine is an important equipment in sheet metal industry. 1. Slider part: hydraulic transmission is adopted. The slider part is composed of slider, oil cylinder and mechanical block fine-tuning structure.The left and right cylinders are fixed on the frame, and the piston (rod) drives the slider up and down by hydraulic pressure. The mechanical block is controlled and adjusted by the numerical control system.

2. Working table: it is controlled by the button box to make the motor drive the baffle rack to move forward and backward, and the distance of movement is controlled by the numerical control system. Its minimum reading is 0.01mm (there are travel switch limits in both front and rear positions);

3. Synchronization system: the machine is composed of torsion shaft, swing arm, joint bearing and other mechanical synchronization mechanism, with simple structure, stable and reliable performance and high synchronization precision.Mechanical block by motor regulation, numerical control system control value;

4. Stopper mechanism: the stopper is driven by motor, and the two screws are moved synchronously by chain operation. The size of stopper is controlled by numerical control system.
