1. The crankshaft bearing of ordinary hydraulic press is hot. The sleeve is not scratched well. Lubricate and re-grind the copper bush to check the lubrication.

2. There are copper scraps in the oil flowing out of the bearing and lack of lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil is not clean. Check the lubrication condition, and disassemble the bearing for cleaning.

3. The guide rail is burnt. The guide rail gap is too small, lubricate, contact and re-grind the guide rail, adjust the gap, and pay attention to lubrication.

4. During operation, the clutch is not connected or cannot be disengaged after the combination. The spring loses elasticity. The key fit is too tight. Replace the spring and grind the bond gap of the key.

5. When the clutch is disengaged, the slider cannot stop at the top dead center position. The brake belt tension is not enough, the brake belt is excessively worn, and there is oil on the brake wheel. Adjust the brake spring tension, change the brake, and clean the brake belt with kerosene. And rounds.

6. The material return board does not work. The position of the material meeting is wrong. Adjust the meeting position by turning the flywheel to try to retreat by hand.

7. The connecting rod screw rotates or the impact locking device is loose. Rotate the locking device.
