1. Work hard before work:

1) Before the commissioning, the machine should be turned manually for a working stroke, and the equipment can be started only after it is confirmed to be normal.

2) For the equipment with hydraulic device and check the oil storage tank, the oil quantity shall be sufficient. After starting the oil pump, check the valve and pipeline for leakage, and the pressure shall meet the requirements. Open the bleeder valve to let the air out of the system.

2. In the work, we should conscientiously do the following:

1) It is not allowed to shear the laminated sheet metal, trim the edge of the rough edge sheet metal, and do not shear the narrow and short sheet metal which is not tightly pressed.

2) The gap between the tool plates should be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, but it should not be greater than 1 / 30 of the plate. The cutter board shall be firmly fastened, and the upper and lower blade surfaces shall be kept parallel. After alignment, manual turning shall be used for inspection to avoid accidents.

3) The cutting edge of the cutter board shall be kept sharp. If the edge becomes blunt or cracks, it shall be replaced in time.

4) During shearing, the pressing device should firmly press the sheet metal, and it is not allowed to shear under the condition of not being pressed tightly.

5) For equipment with hydraulic device, except throttling valve, other hydraulic valves are not allowed to be adjusted without permission.

6) The thickness of the plate cut by the hydraulic swing shear should be determined according to the curve of the relationship between the plate ultimate strength and the plate thickness.

3. After working, the upper tool plate should be placed at the lowest position.

Before operation, tight protective clothing should be worn, the cuffs should be fastened, the upper and lower hem should not be opened, and it is not allowed to wear, take off or change clothes near the running machine tool, or wrap cloth on the body to prevent the machine from being twisted. Safety helmet must be worn, braid should be put into the cap, skirt and slippers are not allowed.

The operator of plate shears must be familiar with the main structure, performance and usage of the shears.

The plate shearing machine is suitable for cutting various steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic materials whose thickness is the rated value of the machine tool, and must be materials without hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusion and welding seam, and over thickness is not allowed.

How to use the shear: adjust the blade clearance according to the thickness of the material to be cut; adjust the model or clamp according to the width of the material to be cut; make 1-3 empty stroke before the operation of the plate shearer, and then implement the shearing work after it is normal.

In case of abnormal operation of the machine in use, the power supply shall be cut off immediately and the machine shall be shut down for inspection.

When adjusting the machine tool, the power must be cut off. When moving the workpiece, pay attention to the safety of hands.

All parts of the plate shears shall be lubricated regularly. The operator shall fill the lubricating oil once every shift, and the mechanic shall fill the rolling bearing part with lubricating oil once every half a year.
