Horizontal lathe maintenance

(1) Clean the lathe iron filings before leaving work;

(2) Clean and clean the machine tool, keep the parts free of smudging, and the water rails of each rail surface (large, medium and small);

(3) The surface of each rail (large, medium and small) and the knife holder are added with oil to prevent rust;

(4) Cleaning workers, quantities, fixtures, and clean homes;

(5) Clean the site and ensure that there is no chipping or garbage under the machine tool to keep the working environment clean.

(6) After the end of each work shift, the total power of the machine should be turned off.
